We need you to help make our programs successful this spring! Please find a volunteer opportunity that looks interesting to you, grab some friends and work together! (If you have any questions about the roles and responsibilities, please contact the Department Chair.)
Special Events- Chair: Julie Raecek
- Media Day- Organize all 4 teams for photos, date TBD by coach
- First Pitch- Dinner for all teams that kicks off the spring season
- Senior Night- Honor seniors during a home game TBD. Help create program for game
- End of Year Banquet- For players on all 4 teams as well as parents
Community Relations- Chair: CasSandra Kessner
- Feeder School Liaison and Teacher Appreciation Night- Organize School Relationship Liaisons for each of the 14 elementary and middle schools, develop and execute communication for outreach events and Teacher Appreciation Night events, agenda and activities
- Game Day First Pitch- Coordinate, solicit, and host First Pitch Participants for Varsity spring home games (participant examples include MVP Sponsorships, theme night promotions, special guests of PWBB)
- Game Day Musical Talent- Coordinate and host talent to present National Anthem for Varsity home games (examples include elementary/middle school choirs, band ensembles, vocal solos, trumpet and saxophone solos)
- Outreach Communication- Plan strategy, design/produce materials and signs, and execute communication for school visits, theme nights, parade, and other outreach events; game day signs
- Press Box Announcers- JV and JV2, need someone to announce, run the scoreboard and play music
- GameChanger- needed for all teams
- Concessions- Come out and work Concessions at all home games. MANY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!!
- Team Meal Coordinator- needed for each team
Fundraising- Chair: Nelsy Mele
- Spirit Night Dining- Solicit and coordinate dining nights out with local restaurants
